Tee Leitner received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his Juris Doctrate Degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law. Tee spent time in Private Practice and at the Union County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. Tee founded Leitner Bragg and Griffin in 2016.
Tee is an experienced trial attorney, having tried cases to verdict in North Carolina District Courts, Superior Courts and in Federal Court. Tee has well over 50 jury trials in his career. He is known as an aggressive trial attorney that thinks outside of the box to formulate effective trial strategies for his clients, whether it be in criminal or civil court.
Tee previously served as President of the Union County Bar Association and served on the Board of Directors for the Union County Council on Aging. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Union Academy Charter School.
