Tim appealed it and fought tooth and nail for over a year and didnt just get my time reduced, he got me probation!!! The amount of appeals that are successful is extremely low, around 10%. Tim did it. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing legal council. James E527 days agoLawyers aren't cheap, but they get it done here! 15 mins in I had explained the problem and handed over paperwork. 15 mins later, a problem I didn't have confidence could even be fixed was almost handled. After some complications, it took 48 hrs total to resolve from initial consultation. They didn't even charge me more than the consult fee. I must stress that my situation was hopeless to find recourse as written in the law that I read. $250 saved me $3200. I couldn't be happier with my lawyer from this firm, Mr. Leitner. I'm poor and tight with my money, but I am so glad that I sprung for the consultation. I'm good at defending myself, but I was at my wit's end on this situation. Steve Hardman1628 days agoOur lawyer here is Ellie Bragg who represented us on an accident claim and I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. This isn't a stuffy pin-stripe-suit kind of office and these are just regular people who just happen to be very good at what they do. Ours was a relatively small case but Ellie still treated us and our case with the same respect and professionalism that many lawyers reserve only for big cases. We live in Charlotte but in the event that we have any further needs for legal services, it won't even be a question where we go. Each attorney is skilled in their own area of law and when matters cross into another attorney’s expertise, they are quick to team up for the best strategy for their clients. And my experience with Jordan, was hands down the easiest….EVER!!! They both explained my case very well and even told me ways to save me money I would have been paying them. There was a great line of communication when needed.
