Brittany Pinkham

Attorney

Brittany, a native New Hampshirite, received her undergraduate degree in psychology and criminal justice from the University of Connecticut and her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

After receiving her law license in 2013, Brittany served as a criminal prosecutor for both Durham County and the Department of Justice, where she handled everything from traffic tickets to homicide cases around the state and gained considerable experience at both the trial and appellate levels. In 2021, Brittany began working for the North Carolina Judicial Standards Commission, where she initially served as Commission Counsel, prosecuting judges for ethical violations, however then moved on to become the Commission’s Executive Director. While serving in this role, Brittany was named one of North Carolina’s 50 Most Influential Women by North Carolina Lawyer’s Weekly.

Brittany brings her experiences and connections from working for the State of North Carolina now to Leitner, Bragg & Griffin, PLLC, where she specializes in representing professionals before their respective licensing agencies.

In her free time, Brittany enjoys hiking with her dog, spending time with her family, and cheering on New England sports teams.
