About Leitner, Bragg and Griffin

Tee Leitner, Ellie Bragg, and Jordan Griffin have always called Union County home. All three partners went to elementary school and high school right down the street from the courthouse. After law school, they decided to come back home and start their careers where they started.

Tee, Ellie, Jordan, and their associate attorneys each bring unique backgrounds and perspectives to Leitner, Bragg & Griffin.

Tee Leitner, Ellie Bragg, and Jordan Griffin are the Managing Partners of Leitner, Bragg & Griffin; they were each raised in Union County, North Carolina. The three each attended college and law school in various places including: Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Boone, North Carolina, Raleigh, North Carolina, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Oxford, Mississippi. After school, they returned home to Union and Mecklenburg Counties where they began their legal careers. LBG was born in 2016 when Managing Partner, Tee Leitner,  moved on from the Union County District Attorney’s Office and opened the doors to Leitner Law. Sometime later, Tee reached out to his childhood friend, Managing Partner, Ellie Bragg, who was then working at a law firm handling local government litigation, criminal cases, and other general civil litigation. Ellie joined Leitner Law and they eventually partnered to form Leitner & Bragg in 2019. Soon thereafter, to round out their firm, Tee and Ellie partnered with their long-time friend, Managing Partner Jordan Griffin, who was working at a local Family Law firm. From there, the Partners set out to build a well-rounded and comprehensive law firm to serve the community.

Tee, Ellie, and Jordan felt from the outset that serving their local community was extremely important and they each also had a passion to grow their firm to serve individuals, companies, and government entities across the Southeast region. Since opening its doors, LBG has served many individual clients with various civil, family law, and criminal matters. As the firm has expanded, they have assisted various government entities, elected officials, major corporations, and other high-profile clients. In its growth, LBG has struck the perfect balance: representing individuals as they navigate life’s various legal challenges while successfully and fiercely advocating for corporate and government entities.

Since forming Leitner, Bragg & Griffin, in 2021, the firm has grown from one boutique location in downtown Monroe, North Carolina to a multi-office, state-wide law firm that continues to grow. The LBG team continues to expand geographically and in their practice fields to serve the larger Southeast regional community and the team looks forward to one day serving you.
