Caroline Pierce

Legal Assistant

Caroline Pierce is a native of Union County. Caroline is a graduate of Union Academy Charter School where she was an All Conference tennis player. After high school she attended and graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in legal studies.As a senior at UNC Charlotte, Caroline interned with the Union County District Attorney’s office. While interning, she met ADA Jonathan Perry, now Honorable Judge Perry, who helped immerse her in the legal field.

After graduation in 2020, Caroline was recruited to work on several local, state, and national political campaigns in North Carolina and Georgia. With a promising career working with other national campaigns, Caroline met the LBG family and made the decision to pursue her career in the legal/criminal justice field.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys time with her friends and perfecting her photography. She has strong family bonds and deep connections with the Union County community.
